I think you've found your answer: The pump is getting power but not operating (no sound of priming when switching on) = stuffed pump or bad connection/earth. Did the electrician check for power at the pump itself or at the fusebox/relay/connector ?.

checked both, actually he eliminate the pump as the faulty issue; said he applyied power to it; and it started turning;
so pump is perfectly fine; as per my limited understanding;

only odd thing I notice is the light on the instrument panel; no check engine and immobiliser, so anteana of immobilizer sounds like a very likely suspect;
could it be Im chasing my tail here; could very well be; ill soon enough know, but pump dosent seem to be the culprit from my electrician who examined my car for a week;

also could it be dirty injectors? is that even possible?
 
In turning I assume you mean vibrating, I'm not familiar with the pump, but it should be a diaphragm pump which just moves back and forth, if the diaphragm is perished the pump will still make a noise but not operate.

The next question then: Is it delivering the correct fuel pressure at the fuel rail (you said the injectors indicated low pressure).

as far as I understood; yes its operating;

fuel pressure; now you ask me; have no clue,
is there an easy way to know? can there be its actually telling me low pressure and the pumps bad;

according to the mechanic, no issue there, but he cant help me for over a week so who knows;
 
On my Ford it's about 3 bar, but honestly the easiest way is just to crank the engine over a few times and remove a plug and check if it's wet with fuel.

with kia at the moment, but honestly speaking, they had my car at the mechanics for a week; if up till now they cant sort it I can only go to kia to sort my car;

Definetly seems like it,
Ill laugh if its something ridiculously simple

But i doubt it, if it was simple I'd have a solution by now, can't belive mechanics and specizilts all can't figure it out.....
Must be something quite rare or uncommon....

update from KIA; as usual; not much info and F**** expensive;

say we would like to first fix your electrical system before we can plug our computer into it and diagnose the problem;

cost of this little miracle; R3,5K :(
what, how,When who knows,

I just hope my car comes back plated in gold and the carpets replaced with tiger skins after this!:erm:
 
What do they say is wrong with your electrical system? And don't you think that it's possible that once they've fixed that, your car will run again?

dont honestly know; but it cost a very pretty penny, whatever it is;

probably they need to pour some virgin baby oil on it or something?

something that no mere garage in the free world dosent have, something that no small fix can be done for it;

IIRC someone had the wiring loom apart trying to resolve the original presumed fuel pump problem in one of the threads.

well they did reassemble the whole loom story;

presumably they saw something, who what, I honestly dont know,

will keep you guys updated, Ill probably need an explanation whatever bullsh@t story they come with.....

My bet is they saw someone touched the wiring loom...so they are just replacing the whole thing.
