Hi

I'm new to this forum. I have a Neotel Prime 2.5 Gig package. And it comes with neomail basic.
However, i am unable to send an email to more than 2 people at a time irrespective of whether i use the web based email or outlook or outlook express.

And these are very basic emails containing no attachments, only text.
I have called the help line 5 times but i've gotten no joy from them. Can anyone shed some light on this matter?

Does neomail basic limit the recipients to 2 per email

Please, i'm really desperate to get a response coz the ppl at Neotel have no clue What they are doin

In the subject, you are separating the recipients with a semicolon?

Yes, i am doing that.

Everytime i send a get a message back from microsoft exchange saying there are too many recipients, please try resending with fewer recipients.

This is really ridiculous.

When i call the help line the guy says there's a number of reasons this may occur, but he can't give me a single reason

Note: the exact same thing happens whether i use the web based email, Microsoft Outlook, or Outlook Express

Has this happened to anyone else? does anyone else have Noemail basic and are experiencing the same problems???

i think they may have provision ure email incorrectly - try and spk to someone higher up at the tech support centre

I've called Neotel 7 times. I've got numerous trouble tickets(ref numbers), all of which have no use.

Neotel are so incompetitent its not even funny....

Don't know what to do
