Respectfully, you can't vote an ISP down for your own failure to read the T's & C's properly. Also, before you sign up for anything, communicate via email or any chat platform so that you have a paper trail in case there is ambiguity in the matter.
none of their advertising mentioned this restriction. and i only cancelled because the wireless didn't work. the way they handled the entire complaint was also crappy. so, yes, i am not happy with them in that respect and i'll never get anything extra from them again.
