Performance - Good
Support - a lot of my customers use MWEB. I cringe when I have to call in. I know that I am in for a 20 minute wait before the call is answered and when it comes to more technical issues the call is going to take time time to resolve, as well as having to explain the issue to multiple people. Does get resolved though if you have the energy to chase it with them.
Value for money - Reasonable pricing
Overall satisfaction - Average

Hi Electron1,

You can use the Social media platforms, such as our Facebook & Twitter.

I'm always on hand to assist.

MWEB Guy

Excellent service. They let their customers know of outages/down times and are speedy to respond to queries. So much better than my previous ISP.

Mweb +1

I have previously noted that all I want is better latency for online games. Recently I noticed getting pings under 180 ms for UK game servers. Seems like MWEB is listening.

Get great service from Mweb for their 1MB Uncapped shaped always get full speed and just a great experience from the provider would like to see lower rates for 10MB then I would upgrade other than that everything is wonderful with what I have right now :)

Went with MWEB for best latency (not interested in the uncapped as much) at an affordable price after trying Afrihost, Axxess, Webafrica and Telkom. Got lowest latency, best VoIP experience and no issues yet ... after expecting the worst, getting the best (for me) was very unexpected.

Honestly cant think of anyway they could improve, keep up the amazing work mweb!

The MWEB 1mb package has been great to use. So much faster than 384 and you barely notice the shaping.

Best part is their disaster management... when things break they always seem to reroute their network so general browsing is hardly affected.

Been with Mweb for ever almost, I have to say customer service is great, tech support is switched on and the performance is great...using uncapped and VFM....just wish the 10MB and 4 MB was the same price.

Mweb 1Meg - I chow through a lot of Data, making full use of Steam Sales and Xbox Live / PSN. Almost always downloads at full speed. Gaming on it is pure bliss, and the prioritized Gaming Traffic is blatantly obvious.

Mweb has been great - the only improvement might be tighter integration with Telkom - if there is a line fault, how to diagnose and who we (as a subscriber) should contact. I found the last few line issues to be very hands-off. It is a minor gripe, but providing telkom tech number would have helped the first time :)

1MB uncapped
excellent, slow during business hours but don't care much cos then i'm at work anyway
although it does seem like it's slower after hours the last couple of weeks

love that they specifically cater for gamers, my pings are great, although like i said it is slower the last couple of weeks

Really great 384 uncapped account! I get decent speeds on torrents also so quite impressed:)

The fact that I cannot use my own smtp on mweb is a step back in business
