We are doing a quick survey on how happy subscribers are with their mobile operator.

Can you please rate Vodacom based on value-for-money, network quality, and general service satisfaction.

While I haven't had any issues which I attribute to me watching my contract like a hawk, the experience my girlfriend is currently experiencing puts Vodacom firmly in the pathetic category.

Signal is good, billing is a nightmare. Dont even think about upgrading online. Endless issues.

Apart from one terrible person (she must've been in a BAD mood) in a Vodacom Store in Northgate, the majority is friendly and helpful.

Nothing negative and nothing positive because it is what I expect from a cellular provider.

Never had a issue upgrading on line.
Prefer doing it on line.
When I did my recent upgrade online (iPhone 6s To P20 Pro) it took 2 days and I had the phone delivered to my office.

Guaranteed coverage in all areas I visit. A little slow in getting the full customer service on certain issues, but in the end I get sorted.

Online is a balls up.
Tons of unwanted ads from Vodacom, Call center says there is no opt out for Vodacom ads.
Sneaky msg sent to phone after data runs out try to get you to buy their expensive data.

Still with them because they not as bad as MTN.
Not choosing who is the best but who is the least worse.

Their network signal is the best in SA (I've used all networks),
Their customer service is not very good (eg. people in their shops acts as if they are doing you a favour),
Prices too high,
Not very good contract deals (compared to others),
Refuse to give dual SIM phones.

ok 'bout sums it up, but get rid of the 5MB data prize or 1 song download available once in a blue moon on Vodacom app because honestly that's totally *&%&^% in 2018

Been waiting for 10 years for them to erect a tower in our area. After 5 years of promises I told them to GFYS & moved to MTN. Same rubbish. Waited 2 years & moved to Telkom. Happy now.

Vodacom has been very helpful in my case. I doubt whether I'd ever move to another service provider. Most of our complaints were attended to immediately. I do think there helpline could be improved upon though. Some of our problems had to be attended to at a Vodacom shop in a larger centre. Our local Vocacom shop was no good and the cellphone helpline couldn't help us at all.
