Vodacom is the only service provider which has coverage where I go for holidays or work (bush). Have to use them. Price is expensive.
 
MTN online interfaces are pathetic - all over the place, so not really Single Sign On but rather Sign On Everywhere Except Where You Want To Be....
Vodacom simpler but steer clear of the app as all you get is useless promos etc
Cell C surprisingly good online experience when you can find the drop downs as opposed to the action buttons info as for some reason they use both.... I had to call Cust Serv because the options for a prepaid data bundle were "hiding"....
Rain LTE def the best online - incredibly simple, but you have to wait until the bill date to change your usage settings....
 
Great coverage and speeds, but an unfriendly website and mobile app and very pricey data bundles
 
With all the WASPS on their network, they can suck a chubby. Making people rich for sitting on their fannies.
 
10 years of rubbish signal at home and crappy stories from Vodacom about new towers. Blatant lies saying i have been contacted. Too many stories and I don't want to sound like a HowzietPieter whinger so lets leave it at that
 
Best provider in SA is another way of saying they're the least worst. Vodacom is the least worst. Never really struggle with reception or call quality, or much else, come to think of it. You pay for the convenience, though, but I don't use much data or airtime so I don't mind the slightly "premium" prices.
 
Vodacom: Have to a pay a premium price with their poor reception.
Contract prices are ridiculous. Why must I pay towards some ones else's new I Phone.
 
Best coverage, good deals, most unhelpful call centre in the world Agents in the call centre are completely arrogant and inflexible and unwilling to provide any sort of customer satisfaction. Maybe Vodacom don't want to pay much and hire the most dumbest people for the call centre
 
Do not use them for data and had no problem with calls. I have an old business contract where you only pay for what you use. They will not upgrade handsets - will only do so if I switch to one of their bundles. My unit is dual sim and I use another provider for data.
 
Solid Network, below average value, average support. Only provider other than Telkom Mobile to offer Google Play Carrier Billing though.

Poor service, even when one to cancell their subcription, they tell you to go online, and not everybody is computer literate.
 
Poor just due to data stuff, data bundles lasting just 30 days and not till end of next calendar month. Pricing of data bunldes.

Network itself is fine.
 
Happy with the network. The price of data just needs to be seriously revised. Travelling the world you see how cheap data is overseas and how we are getting screwed here in SA.
