Spawned for me but not the GF - which was a bit odd. Hoping she catches one before we leave the airport.

Think I'm going to run out of Pokeballs for the second event. The starter pokemon have a low capture rate.

The Pokemon starter spawns are not so spectacular for me. I thought it was going to similar to Halloween event where they replaced all the common Pokemon with Gastly, Meowth, Zubats, Drowzee and Cubone

I don't think starter Pokemon are well distributed in suburbs. I went to Sandton City & the starter Pokemon were all over the place.
