POST : SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR [REF. NO.: DAC10/15]

SALARY : R227 802.00 – R268 338.00 per annum [Salary Level 8]
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS : •An appropriate three [3] years national tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of one-two [1-2] relevant experience •Sound knowledge of Information systems and technologies •Knowledge of Computer hardware and networks •Good understanding of Public Service legislation and prescripts applicable to government, including systems and procedures •Good Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) •Good communication skills (written and verbal) •Valid code 8/EB driver’s license.
DUTIES : •Render technical advice on library ICT projects •Conduct ICT equipment set up for Library Services Directorate and public Libraries •Render ICT support to Library Services, Depots and Public Libraries •Conduct training on new ICT development projects.
