Post Your Boot Time

How do these programs know how long the pc takes to boot up as they can only run once the pc is booted up? Do they load a timer into the bios or something?

Took my 3 year old laptop 2 min 11 secs to start up from power on and until every startup program was loaded successfully

Using:
Windows Vista x86
2.53 ghz Intel Dual Core
500 gb sata drive
4 GB DDR2
81 Processors in task manager

About 16 seconds to boot and relaunch my running applications. Apple have made Lion startup faster because with Snow Leopard it was always 20-25 seconds.
MacBook Core 2 Duo 2.26Ghz
Mac OS X Lion Dev Preview
2gb RAM
Corsair F40 40gb SSD

It loads first right after the windows does, and then starts measuring. There seems to be two different boot times, one is as soon as you press the power button on your PC and the other is windows boot time, the time it takes for your windows/programs to fully load up. Soluto measures the windows/programs boot time.

Win 7 x64 - Intel SSD Boot drive (lotsa tweaks too)
Q9450 Quad Core
4Gb RAM - blah blah
Boot time 13sec from switch-on (longest time is the BIOS POST and RAID Drive check - 2 X RAID 0 volumes)
