Hi guys,
Order Fibre and the OpenServe technicians came out today and did all the splicing and wired up the house. When they connected the ONT, the "POTS" light kept flashing. He proceeded to retry splicing the end a few times but could not get the light to stop flashing. He left and said he needs to escalate the issue.
Any idea what this means and how long it will take them to rectify this?
