They're extremists, either chasing zero in the day or tossing in the towel.They probably don't "need" to actually do Stage 6 during the day (until 4PM), they just do it to save on diesel costs so they can use more during the peak. In theory, it makes no sense to have the same stage throughout the day given the well-known electricity demand profile.
