I am having a problem with my signatures in Outlook 2003.

I had one account in Outlook that was working fine with its signatures,

Then I added another email account to my Outlook. And also went to the mail format section to add a signature to the new email.

My problem is when I create a new email and change the account to the new account, it does not pick up the signature I have added to the new account. Even though I have added the signature to the account in the tools options mail format section.

What am I doing wrong here? Any help will be much appreciated.

Signature problem

I have given my both signature a name, and made of them my default problem. The problme is when I create a new email, and then change the account, there is no signature on the email from the other account, even though it has been setup in the signature tab.

Can you see the sig on both accounts separately, or does the problem only occur when switching? My outlook also has a bug where an account with no signature causes all accounts to lose the autosig.

Signature problem

I cannot see the signature whenever I use the new account I added.

If I reply to a message from the new message, or I switch to the new account, it does not show the signature.

And in the signatures tab it has the signature setup, and the signature is meant to show when replying to messages as well.

Signature problem

I deleted both accounts, set them up again, added the signatures, and all seems to be fine now. Have know idea what would of caused that
