Anyone else having difficulties?

It just comes back with "no remaining bundle", although there was 8.5Gb there the day before (and it's being carefully monitored on the router, so no mistakes on my side).

I bought one 2 day's ago and after 2 Hours i got the no remaining data message.

I am experiencing a similar problem. Recharged yesterday with R149 for the 1Gig promotional bundle. The account statement indicates that the purchase did take place, but when logging in with the MyVodacom app, it shows the wrong amount of data available. Called 082111 and was informed that it can take up to 24 hours to reflect. It is more than 24 hours now, and still no joy. :wtf:

The promotional bundles' balance is on a separate menu.

Separate menu? This is the only one I can find, and it's clearly marked "promotional bundle".

Check with USSD.

Not very easy when the sim is in a modem connected to a router. Is there a way to get the info via sms?

This function was working on the website. What happened to it?

Good question. It was there about 2/3 weeks ago but now it has disappeared and you get "no bundle" under the promo tab.

Yeah, a real problem. How on earth can we tell what we have used or not ...???

Surely this is not a tactic I would presume by Vodacom ?

Vodacom needs to wake up, I like to be in control on what I use my data on and not having the option to check your data is not a good thing a specially if you read all the complaints of ppl saying where is there promotion data gone. I think Vodacom really need to attend to these problems and having to swap your SIM card to a cell phone to check your data is a pain is the A@#$ and a problem for me as I have an IPhone 5 and believe me my 64k SIM card for my Modem will not fit, I’m sure Vodacom did not know about that. Lol. So please Vodacom!!!!! Sort your crap out!!!
