Problems receiving SMS [No reply from ANY Vodacom support techs]

None of my sms messages are delivered suddenly!
I am not very optimistic about having this issue resolved as there is a very negative perception generally about Vodacom's willingness
to deal with this matter.

The problem is with Vodacom and their extreme unwillingness to resolve problems. You can open as many call tickets as you want but their is no check to see if the underlying issue has either been solved or even addressed before the call is closed. One then has to open a new ticket, which then receives similar inaction.

Im having a problem where some parents are not getting the sms's we send out via our bulk sms providers.
95% of the parents do get the sms, just a handful dont. I can send those parents an sms directly from my phone.

The bulk sms provider said the number was blacklisted with Vodacom. How is this possible if the number works 100% except for bulk sms's??


Does anyone have any ideas?
