Looks like the norm in SA - NO SERVICE DELIVERY. 
I have been complaining to the local Vodacare, Vodacom network office, Vodacom4me contact, 082111, 111 and nobody cares to reply to my query.
Has anyone perhaps got a direct e-mail address for their MD or at least a senior management member who actually cares about customer service.
I am unable to receive certain SMS's only and mobile365 blames this on a filter set by Vodacom.
If filtering SMS's was at all possible it would be a holy day all over, as that would mean the end of SPAM!
