Nope... on the clientzone there's a "health status bar" and an x/5 rating. 5/5 is a brand new account, not sure what it goes to but either 1/5 or 0/5 is when one starts to get shaped... well that's what I was told by support...

Nope but I'm going to since its cheaper than what I'm paying now for the same account. All the IS accounts are the same.
I'm not a happy camper at the moment... 
According to my Clientzone I've done 7.631 GB so far and I only signed up on the 16th June.
Now my download speeds are between 6KB/s and 8KB/s at night and between 0.8KB/s and 2.5KB/s in the daytime.
I've emailed Propertiere and they have always responded to all my emails but they say there is nothing they can do as they do no shaping on the accounts and all shaping is done by IS... They contacted the IS guy's who confirmed that I'm apparently now in the top 80%, hence the shaping.
Is it worth me trying a different ISP like BuzyBuy, MyISP, Afrihost, Axxess just Uncapped or Openweb Lite or are they all the same IS accounts that do the same amount of ridiculous shaping after 5 or so gigs?

so far as i know for 384 users, its 5gb with in 10days, gets you in top 20%

Well, in the space of 5 days you have down just shy of 8gb. That's 16gb per 10 days.
IS is gonna hate you forever.
Well sitting at 10.322 GB now... slow as hell (0.3KB/s) during they day...

So you're doing 1.2GB per day. This is probably in the top 20% of IS users, most of whom are mom-and-pop setups, using their new uncapped internet to download their e-mail.
