I have a ps3 using hd component *out of box HDMI port failure!* and an xbox 360 using HDMI... mmm... i would have liked to comment about the performance of my 360s graphics BUT I CANT HEAR YOU OVER THE JET ENGINE FAN NOISE OF THE CHEAP THAI COMPONENTS!!!!!!!!!?????

Ironically enough though, my xbox sees more action than my Ps3, and im going to have it flashed soon and then it would probably see ALOT more action! viva piracy viva!

Didnt know we where comparing steering wheels... i thought this was a GFX comparison, and as far as I can see the Xbox dominates...

The MS Steering wheel is definitely a proper wheel, so not sure where that comment is coming from?
The G25 is obviously better and if they can get it working on a Xbox, I would buy one today, just to get the seperate gears.

Um, strange as this might sound, not everyone shares your view on exclusives. There are millions of gamers out there who would buy a console to play a specific exclusive, so hell yes, it matters.
Simply put, if a game has higher textures on brick no 3 on wall no 4, it doesn't detract from the overall gaming experience. Most of these sites you keep mentioning will purposely give the PS3 version a % or more less because fanboys like you created an expectation - and now eeeeevery single game is scrutinised to the point that it borders on the ridiculous. It doesn't detract from the gaming experience, which in my books at least, makes the point moot.

Hardly, 220 degrees of movement is equal the same as moving your analogue pad from the left to the right. Same goes with the pedals on the MS steering. I've tried both the MS steering wheel as well as an assortment of cheap Logitech wheels, until you have that 900 degrees of turn, clutch control etc it's just not the same.

It all depends on the Developer and the base developing platform.
Look at these and see the difference developers can make.

I'm talking about the speculation of what the PS3 might be capable of once developers find out how to program for it. But since everyone is going on about Uncharted 2 using 100% of the PS3's power, I guess we will never see a game looking better than Uncharted 2? Good news for the game, very very bad news for PS3 owners.

PLEASE give me a gaming site that review games on all platforms which I can use for review purposes. Seems like every single site out there are anti-PS3. Someone said Gamespot is run by 360 fanboys, then IGN's reviews wasn't good enough either. Then someone said Metacritic is a good reference, since they take reviews from various sites. Now it looks like they're also anti-PS3.

Selective reading again there I see, and yes, you're waaaay off base here. I said I don't care about exlusives. That doesn't mean I care about multiplatforms. LIKE I SAID BEFORE, I check reviews, if it gets a good review and it looks interesting, I'll buy it, REGARDLESS of whether it's an exclusive or multiplatform.
Gaming is supposed to be fun, it's not about bragging to your friends about... "oooh, I can play Uncharted and you can't".
IMHO I can't really see the difference in those image comparisons.

*sigh* You're obviously hellbent on missing the point and trying to backtrack on your previous statements that it truly is pointless, so here's on last shot.
If all games can look as good as UC2, i see that as a very big win indeed. And they'll all be better looking than any 360 game out there.

If technical comparisons are done on multiplat games, the PS3 will 90% of the time perform poorer than its 360 counterpart, whether that be textures, load times, frame rate etc, so they will obviously deduct a score point for that. Doesn't make them biased, the multiplat comparisons are just pointless. (Except, of course, to you)

True, but as a gamer, if it's a game i really want to play, i'd make sure i choose the console with the exclusives that cater for my taste. Also logical, no?

Are you still on about the multi platforms? You sound like a broken record. I never compared multi platforms! Let me repeat that... I never compared multi platorms! I compared ALL games scoring 90% and more on both platforms. A lot of those were exclusives.

I have multiplatform games and I have exclusive games. I don't care which they are when I buy them. Honestly, I couldn't even really tell you which are exlusives and which aren't. It just doesn't matter to me, if a game is good, then it's good, doesn't matter which console it was originally made for.
Once again, no. As a gamer I chose the console which had the most good games available on it.

While I appreciate the eye candy the devs throw at us, I am more enthralled by the action and story in the game.
