After paying for next day shipping the store has now changed my order status to on hold and then to backorder. When I queried they give me some lame excuse of the stock being reserved for other customers.
I'm so pissed. So either have to wait a month for stock or buy something else. I just feel like cancelling tbh. Geewiz is delivering the poe injector today. Luckily thats not too expensive.

Was this on Sinetech? Had a similar experience and they ended up delivering 3 days later. Hope you get sorted
 
Yes, it was. They've said there's nothing they can do. Stock only available end September. So I've asked for a refund. This whole situation just grates me the wrong way. I'll take my money elsewhere.
 
So no CPE reboots have been required since last week, i suspect the reboot required is connected to loadshedding.

similar issue to others where router is online and has signal and connection says internet connection but one cannot connect/ping anything.

probably either a tower or link further down the line that is affected by power and causes this.

still pretty much between 350-450 down and 90-100 up. had to reset the cpe once or twice during loadshedding time (even if it wasnt loadshedding at my place) - my guess is its downstream backhaul issues affected by loadshedding maybe?

Also noticed sometimes in the evening while watching a netflix stream it would go down in quality - didnt bother checking the stats or anything when it happens. but keep checking.

had a few disconnects of online meetings yesterday but couldnt point it specifically to the rain connection.

i just got a mikrotik rb4011 and also now have the vumareach fibre. waiting on a NANOHD AP. once setup i will report back.

default settings except for fixed antenna combination 5. but antenna combinations will be relevant to your setup and varies from what i have seen

Has your Ping increased since lastweek, mine used to be 9ms - 15ms but its been 30ms to 40ms. connecting to the same tower you are

Yes. Ping has definately increased the last day or so. Mine went from avg 15-18 to about 33-40. Havent tried to move or changer anything on CpE but doubt it would have a difference.

Gaming to EU is non-existent... 250-300 when I use to get 177-190...
 
Hi my cpe is outside and I intend putting higher .This my result from a test.
Ping: 33ms Download: 140.69Mbps Upload: 63.08Mbps

Also seen an increase but not as drastic as yours. Mine on League of Legends are normally around 180-190, but last 2 weeks it shifted up towards 195-205. Not really an issue for me at this stage.
