Rain connected to wrong tower

Hi, I would like to know how do i make a payment if my debit rid not go through. There is no pay now option on my dashboard. I need to get the sim working.
 
Well tonight surprised me on YouTube and suddenly everything stopped working can’t even load google and try to speed test nope gets “No internet” on chrome so I dig in to my huawei router and find after a month of the issue of bouncing towers I see today it’s done the exact same issue except it’s not even bouncing just sticking to a tower that has no line of sight and is over a 1km away

Sighs rain I have an exam due tomorrow and classes to attend how can I do it with a non exist connection

Finally loaded speedtest.co.za

After months of very good speeds this is my current speed. The rain speed test can't even load. ☹️ It's been horrific for a few days now, ever since the load shedding started actually.


My vodacom work Sim is working but also at slow speeds, 3mpbs. But at least that's working. Telkom is running at 27mbps.

@rain_mobile can you please assist.

Same problem in the first month started off with 9 mbps now can't get anything I have a tower that is 0.64km aways from me but I get connected to towers 3 km away from me

I'm pretty much in the same boat, except I get NO service. I only have the sim for a month and a half. It worked fine for the first month but has been dead since the 5th of November. The sim connects sometimes and only stays connected for a few minutes, then goes back to no service. Rain sent me a replacement sim, but after the replacement sim did not work, I was told that there was maintenance done on the tower I used to connect to but was never able to connect back to it again.

Hi i have been using rain for the past days now and i bought the 24/7 package and suppost to get 10 meg but i can hardly get a 100killobtyes and i see many people is talking about your rain not being connected to the closest tower because i have someone who lives a street away from me that uses rain and gets like 5meg downspeed and i dont evens get near to that he might be connected to the 200m tower and i might be on the 1.5KM one please tell me how i can switch towers
