RAIN Huawei 5G CPE Pro settings

hi all im having issue trying to get connected to the Rain 5G unit. below is what i am getting from the unit. how do i factory reset the unit. Or do i need to get hold of rain to get a new unit?

At the bottom of the unit is a little "Door you need to open" inside is a reset

I tryed the little rest button in the weather proof parts the unit keeps on giving me the same IP posted above.
The white thing on the back is a allment peg for the plate

I can not on to the router to change any setting. As the default IP of 192.168.8.1 is not working

I have my normal b315 route it is working fine. The 5g router in question is for my friend having issue with getting setup.

I got my premium 5G router on Tuesday and I cant get the rain optimiser to work at my flat, I have moved the router around and no luck so far, Rain website whoever says I'm within the 5G coverage, Can't seem to get hold of rain support also.
The signal for 5g is good. but I'm getting LTE speeds below 10mbs .
Anyone that had this issue, that can help.

The reset button is situated under the router, where the sim card would be inserted. There is a weatherproof "plate" that you would need to unscrew from the bottom of the router which then opens up the sim slot as well as the reset button (labelled RST).

I was able to get on via setting static IP address thank you Assasin_Zer0.

Not able to get the wifi/elan enabled not seeing any settings to turn it on.
And I have put in the rain apn setting

i am getting with the 5g and 4 g led flashing about 2 seconds a yellowish collor and WIFI led on green after i disabled the IP passthrough
