Just want to follow up when someone will contact me again.

It is starting to become really rritating when I have to reset my router 3 / 4 times a day.

Even the cheap ass 2Mbps Telkom ADSL line I share with 5 other people is more reliable.

My apolgises I missed the mail.

I am back at work but my son confirms the speed looks better. He will let me know if he needs to disconnect / connect the router again.

But in the mean time thank you for your assistance.
 
rain can you please tell me when will your speeds be back to normal again on the R250 package?? i get 0.10MBPS download speed every single day when will this be fixed????????????????????? this is incredibly frustrating im in the durban, mayville area.

I think it had the lunchtime luck with speeds.
It's definitely tanked again .
I'm on and off 5G , and if it connects it's horrid.

I also have a Rain 5G Pro service, that never works, and no customer service for months on end, i would rather donate the R999 to hungry people.
