Rain LTE not Working?

Down again. Disappointing. I thought Rain would be a competitor to shake up the market. It's become just another mediocre and unreliable option.

Like someone else said, dashboard stats reset as well. Account balance R0.00 and 0.00 Gigs used. Looks pretty broken atm!

I struggled with mine last night for about a hour then everything was working again. Now this morning when I try to connect I get the following. This is on the uncapped mobile LTE. There wasn't problems with any debit orders.

They should really invest some resources in their communications improvement around outtages.

Confirmed with 2 other colleagues who use RAIN.

I should have gone with my gut feel and stayed with Telkom Mobile.
iBurst, RAIN's predecessor, had a terrible rep for outages, lack of communication when they had technical issues and zombie 'cut 'n paste' support staff.
Why did I think things would be any different?

I lost 2 days of business two weeks ago when RAIN went down.
As an entrepreneur, losing data connectivity for two days had a big impact on my bottom line.
No apology from their side whatsoever. Disgusting.

Back to reliable Telkom FreeMe I go.
RAIN sim binned, account cancellation request served.

Have had very strange behaviour since the new IP change.
In the last 8 hours or so, internet access comes and goes, yet have not disconnected off of IRC and can still ping 8.8.8.8

Is this a DNS issue ?

Rain is intermittent on mobile and fixed wireless at the moment.

I am pinging an international web site and can see it up and down every few minutes at random intervals. When I navigate via IP on some websites it's fine.
on IRC, my connection hasn't dropped once and using the /dns functions within IRC can see the IP's fluctuate between shown or not.

Found if I did a ipconfig /flushdns and reboot, it's back to normal for a few minutes then starts all over.

Is there perhaps a quick fix to this ?
