Rain LTE not Working?

Havent tried mine as of yet again...but it was most likely an urgent software change or upgrade that required national outage and didn't want to advise their cust base beforehand due to the backlash and complaints.

Thing is they've irked ppl offf even more by pretending its localised/minimising the impact.
Corporates and their games. So much for honesty and true CS.

+1 on my fixed LTE through AH....considerable drop off in dl and ul speeds...almost unusable since last night.
...hope to G-d they haven't added a new base of subscribers ( probably have!)

All my LTE connections through rain are back online. Will test performance shortly.

In my case 80% less....couldn't even upload a 400k file for an hr last night without it timing out...pathetic!!
And this complete slowdown has been happening for the last 24 hrs and directly after the nationwide outage with RAIN. Put 2 and 2 together?

And they crow on about how you will get UP TO 50-100 MPBS, blah blah wanna wanna....ye right, never seen a speed like that except in the movies. I might as well be using a dial up modem,not a LTE-A router that cost me R1500!!

Rather they should say in ALL LIKELIHOOD YOU'LL GET 5 MBPS CONSTANTLY IF YOUR'E LUCKY!

Wonder how many takers they'd have then?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to get between 3-8Mbps DL on average which wasn't great anyway, but now....d*mn these ISP's and their ever changing tactics to satisfy their shareholders.

Oh well looks like AH just seen my $ss..time to move elsewhere.

Instead of the over-the-top melodramatic drama - rather post your location and speed test result so others can compare?

Rain seems to be back to normal now.

I'm not a gaming Millenial who needs his 3ms ping and 0 jitter...if you can't inject sense, be quiet.

So ive been on Rain for more than a year through Axxess. Speed was throttled to 1mbps dl and upload between 6pm and 11pm for a while. Somehow now im throttled to 1mbps up and down the rest of the day and between 6pm and 11 pm full speed ?? Anyone else having this issue ? Axxess tech is utterly of no help even after sending screenshots , and rain facebook messenger is also useless. My broadband speedtest tells the real story but speedtest.net says different. Whats going on ? Anyone ?
