Rain Mobile Feedback Thread

Please post as soon as you have Internet connectivity again, after you have been affected by an outage. There appears to be outage currently.
 
Mine is working again after the outage.
You need to reset the profile and restart the router. You need to use the same APN settings as before.

You might need to contact the support team as they indicated after verifying done data that they needed to run a script to fix the issue. Apparently only the Western Cape is affected.
 
Unable to get any coverage from Rain within "The William" estate in fourways.According to the coverage map,LTE should be available in the area.

Been on and off here in East London too
 
I'm entering my second session of off-peak and not being able to use Internet connectivity that I will be billed for no doubt.
 
I've noticed recently I can still access mybb after the 6pm cutoff time on Rain mobile.
 
Is there any reason why my upload speed is nearly double my download speed? I'm on Rain Mobile using a Huawei B915s-936.

My Rain Lte is useless today. Getting Pings from 450-1200ms. Pages take forever to open. Have rebooted my router several times today with no luck
