Been on and off here in East London tooMine is working again after the outage.
You need to reset the profile and restart the router. You need to use the same APN settings as before.
You might need to contact the support team as they indicated after verifying done data that they needed to run a script to fix the issue. Apparently only the Western Cape is affected.
