Rebooted and the router is showing the winning years 95 07 19.

Ironically Rain announced because we won, everyone gets free data from 2pm Saturday till Sunday night, and at pretty much exactly 2pm, my 5G and 4G died!

Check if your router is maybe set to manual network selection, maybe its confused with the name change

My network has just gone to **** after the announcement of the free data, pings are all over the place and speed test is abysmal. I think it's because everyone has now started using it at the same time so congestion is at an all time high.

Edit: After chatting to their support for a bit, seems like my issues are due to a tower being down in my area, no idea of a turnaround time though.

Seems like they stuffed it up for now which really sucks

It's the name change thing that is affecting your connections. They changed the network name to the winning year numbers and then routers needed a reboot. Like the idea but poor execution for affecting connections
