Status: Scheduled to be cancelled at the end of this month
 
Sim card went dead at exactly 00:00 01/07/2018. No connection.

I see mine is also scheduled to be cancelled at the end of the month. Apparently I have 3GB peak data before I reach my spend limit. I only set R50 as my spend limit when I signed up :erm:

Surely there must be an explanation....

Same here on one of my SIM cards. Spend limit I set at ordering was R50. Haven’t cancelled the sim either. Their IT systems are creating havoc it seems.

Question: Did their free June apology replace the free 15 days for SIM only deals, or do the 15 free days start on 1 July?
 
How long should I wait for activation. It's been 5 days. Submitted info required on Twitter. Confirmed receipt. Still nada

My one sim card as well. Also had a spend limit of R50 set.
 
Mine hasn't changed.... still showing enjoying June free data.

But now I have lot's of Fixed data too :p

Rain refunded my delivery fee although I only waited like 7 working days.
