Thought of something: couriers are not stock warehouses. Their job is to keep parcels moving from start to end. If they are delivering wrong devices and too many sims, surely this is the fault of the destination sender, namely RAIN? RAM just picks up parcel and transports to the receiver's address - they don't pick and pack stock.
I'm saying RAIN despatch is the problem here
This makes me![]()
Ordered nice and early and no SIM and told to re-apply and people getting SIMS they didn't order...
Random Rain ...

Is there a delivery fee when ordering the sim card only?

R120 ... worth it, seeing that you get 15 days unlimited data.
If memory serves, you're across the road from a house in Edge Place I nearly bought.
I'll find you, and will take a sim for myself

Yeah it's Rain making mistakes. They switched all new and current orders to RAM hand to hand couriers it seems. So when I tracked the second batch of 3 Rain simcards I can see the origin stating Rain PTY LTD Isando JHB so the duplicate rain simcards are definitely coming from Rain.
How did you get tracking number?
Rain seems to be closing every query I've had and marking them all as resolved.
My delivery is with RAM this week and as they put it "if you do not receive your SIM this week, you can arrange for another delivery address next week". This is because I will not be working from the same location next week.
I've been at this since the 11th of June (initial promised delivery date) and would have gotten almost two weeks of usage out of the product by now. I'm seriously considering just cancelling the whole thing at this point as I will not need the SIM next week at all.
