I am wondering why RAIN keeps randomly change their routing to the Middle East server!
Now and then I play games like Overwatch or Apex in Middle East servers because they are the closest server to South Africa and usually I have about 160 ping then randomly RAIN does its things and I get 300+ ping even while in game and the only workaround for that is to use Exitlag which is like a VPN and not free, but then my ping is lower but never stable!
It happened to me 3 times again today!
It is like on and off!
It just happens whenever without reason...

Why does that happen RAIN?

Hi @StephOsK

Apologies for the late response. I will check what might be the reason

Hey it isn't just rain that has this issue I've tried on Cell C, MTN and a few different fibre networks and I have the same issue. It may be an issue on the Middle East side

Good day! Thank you so much with the update mate!
I just wanted to have clarity on if it was Rain the issue and if they could fix it then.
But I guess it is an issue from the Middle East servers to us here.
Very unfortunate indeed.
Even right now the ping is quite high to the Middle East servers.
If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix it without using a VPN, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
