Rain Sim Card Router Not working

Hi , my 5G rooter isn’t connecting but when we remove the sim and put it in a cellphone it works

Hi Rain i cant get assistance to activate my service as ccd has been messing me around weeks and now cant get help from rain
 
Hi Rain, can I get assistance, the Rain One router just arrived but it powers on for a few minutes and switches off completely.

2. Hi how do do this with a huawei router
 
Rain one sim card has not received calls for over 2 months lost many clients after I ported my business number to rain..
Now my router is telling me I require authorisation to get my wifi working. What is going on. Please fix this.
