Call again and tell them you will put them up on hallo peter and then go to their facebook post and complain, they will be more cooperative after that. They really cant afford bad rep at the moment. For me i always threaten them so they do not f.ck with me.I just spoke to someoone on the customer services side and it was painful. the guy didnt sound like he wanted to help me and was very eager to hang up the phone. he apologised for the delay in response but his tone was not sincere in the least. I know have to wait 24-48 hours for a response and in that time I have to watch paint dry.
