Rain you ok?

Im in Umkomaas and I've been having on and off signal since Friday. Rain also debited my account at 2pm yesterday and at 17:55 they sent me 5 missed payment emails all at once.

Rain signal has been fine here in Despatch in the Eastern Cape. But got the same email after my payment went off yesterday afternoon. No reply yet to my helpdesk ticket.

Same Issue ,however checked my dashboard and all seems fine.

Also got the 5 emails replied on one to say the amount has been charged to my bank account. Let's see if there will be a reply.

I just deleted the emails. It was a really hard thing to do. Took all my willpower and strength and left me with emotional scars for the rest of my life. Will need to go see a psychologist to come to terms with it all.

After cancelling with Rain a year ago, I still get the odd email saying I owe them bucks / at random an email with "Your bill is on the way".

Definitely some billing issues there.

I'm in Scottburgh and it's been terrible since December.

I've heard alot of people saying Rain is much better specially the last week or so. but maybe it's just in CPT where they added a few towers.. or added more towers.
