T&C - Home Uncapped / Uncapped ADSL The available capacity and the performance of our network is evaluated regularly. If available capacity is under pressure we will manage customer's accounts where necessary in order to give all customers the best possible internet experience. Should your account become managed we will only manage your Peer to Peer, HTTP download and NNTP traffic. As usage starts to fall within the average users group the management on your traffic will be relaxed.

Ok...

Good morning Mika,

Like most other ISP's we do manage users at times. I am however able to safely say that we have users who exceed 450GB usage in a month without being managed. Our management system identifies users who exceeds 60GB usage a day and manages their accounts.

"Bundles include a Managed ADSL line and Internet access for one unbeatable price!"

I think just about every single ISP can beat your price. R500pm for a 1MB ADSL Bundle ? That's quite expensive, seeing that people can get a 2MB Uncapped account for the same price from most ISP's. What makes your 1MB offering different from everyone else that's offering it for way less ?

Hi Shane,

Thank you for bringing that to our attention. I've been in touch with our in house web developer who corrected the pricing. Our 1Mb/s bundle packages are in fact R300.00 p/m not R500.00 as indicated. This has now been corrected.

Again, thank you for bringing this to my attention. To answer your question as to what makes our offerings different from other ISP's? Our products are designed in such a way that our client live our ethos.... Internet the way it was meant to be!

A bit more info regarding backbone provider please? (Which cables are your primary & redundancy sources?)
I did look on the site, but could not find it. I probably missed it.

Hi Mark,

We use EASSy and WACS as our primary cables while we have redundancy on Seacom.

We are in the process of redesigning a more user friendly website, and have thought it best to start with the less crucial pages such as the "About us" page.

About us link is dead...

Hi Lino,

Afrihost does not allow reselling of data, only web hosting.

When RazoWeb was founded it was done so by reselling data for Axxess, we've since decided to stay with MTN as they have proven to be reliable and have the network infrastructure required to further promote the affordable growth of Internet access in South Africa.

Hi Ipwn,

Correct, we do still resell certain services of Axxess while we also have service agreements in place with IS and MTN.

While it might seem as over kill, each provider has certain products which are priced more competitively than others. During our initial startup last year, this did present more headaches than initially anticipated. We do however believe this will be to the benefit of our clients since it allows us to provide the best possible service at the best possible price.
