Can you link a tracert to some sites?
We probably on different towers anyways.
I still got some local latencies issue which I am trying to sort out. But browsing seems ok.
Like in ping, run command line thingy:No, mine is really horrible, has been for days, and nothing has changed my end. What is the tracert command? I know the ping one, but haven't worked out the tracert command.
C:\something>tracert enter.name.of.website.here
I see that on the iBurst website that they finally acknowledge that there is a problem in Durban for iBurst users. So hopefully that will get sorted out soon. Have checked and i have coverage in my area for CellC so i am probably going to go get it some time this week. Luckily i have a month to month contract with iBurst.
I think that they have people available on the phone 24 hours but not 24 hours technical support, because it has taken them 4 days to see there is a problem while many people were phoning and reporting the issue.
Something seems a bit off
Trust me, it's not just Durban...
