Please can you reset your modem and test the results again. One of the BTS in the area was offline and you probably picked up one further away. It is back online.

I did both to modem and router. It cannot log-in to iBurst network. It came back in afternoon.
Now what? How can I expect normal service? Others providers don't behave in that way. And you wonder why not many people want to take iBurst!
