Please don't bull****, you're one of the few iBursters that doesn't seem to do that. There's nothing wrong with my UTD positioning, it's been there since forever. Since November/December 2010 however, iBurst has been unusable. Go take a look at what's wrong on your side before telling me my UTD placement is out. I also do not need an omni, been there, done that, not needed.
 
It's getting worse. I will be billing iBurst for the lost hours at my hourly rate. Rooigevaar, please send me the CEO's cell number as I know it's not your fault so getting on your case won't help.

Well, just a suggestion, but help him out a bit by giving him your UTID number... Surely it can't be that inaccessible to you?!

Managed to get some time to check the external antennae, signal etc and problem is the Frame Errors is spiking to insane percentages, guess theres nothing I can do except hope the weather changes...
 
Slow browsing and can't play online. Can't even do a speed test.

Going to watch a movie and will try again laterz, not gonna waste my money trying to phone the help desk. :(

Personally I've stopped using iBurst for just about everything. Just use it when I have a download to run through the night like updates for WoW, which I play much better on a 384-Telkom line. Got tired of getting the run-around from iBurst.
 
Latency was realy sucky last night still wil have to test later, it is a bit dissapointing but we can hope for better things to come...... ????????????????????

Still seeing greater than 210ms latency pikes on first four internal hops in iBurst network.
 
Was soo exited IBurts giving extra gb and voip number wow was getting latencys sub 400ms awsome stuff
and now 2800ms what am i supposed to do?
