I got an error that the server did not respond timously must phone customer support. I have now held on for an hour NO Support. Can anyone from Iburst tell me what is going on. I am really getting tired of the network not been stable every week there is another issue.

Nothing is loading correctly, seems to be a limit to the size of the download before it drops the connection. Browsing without images to be able to browse, nothing else works, cant even speed test because it doesn't load...
Ping google dns is fine (270ms) but as soon as there is real data my connections get dropped.

36hrs later.... they must be using an iburst car to get on site right?
Seriously now.... What are we actually paying you guys for?! Last year I was paying to be triple and double debited on my account and this year I am paying for internet slower than dial-up. I can not wait for those 3 little letters to come into force.... C P A!
