*READ FIRST* MTN Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

Me as well. Last night I could connect but I could just as well have left it. Lat was 3k+
 
I am in the process of resetting all the numbers that people have sent me.... I will advise once done. When its done, i need you guys to restart the numbers and try connecting.

Well a few minutes ago it wasn't working and now it went in first time. We'll see tonight.

ok, I could connect to one or two web pages but the normal ones like Google and MYBB timed out :/

I'll go try it in my router tonight and let you know. Thanks for all the help.
 
My lat was great last night till about 8 then it gradually started dropping again. I ended up on 7.5k lat in WoW before I disconnected.
 
MTN Network goes off duty at 8 to 6

The MTN Network seems to go down around 8pm for the past week.

-I cannot make a connection to the internet via all the apn's
-Cant cheak my balance via *141# all i get is an "network error" message

And im not the only one with this problem.No use dialing 173. Contact Users on the other hand don't have any problems just us pre-paid

Finally other people have this as well. It happens in the evenings for the past two weeks.

I thought my phone is too old
 
Welcome to the club! I have been complaing to MTN since the begining of the year about this, nothing has been done about it except a few phone calls from them, and I still experience problems, so not much has been done by them.
Sick of complaining, thinking of porting to Voda.
 
I am a online gamer and it seems every night after 19:00 MTN gets unstable and diconnects.

Seems they just screw everyone at night during the day latency is good...
