Recent iptv buffering

I have had iptv for years with no problem and suddenly in the last week or two it has become unwatchable. It just stops playing and buffers uncontrollably. If I switch ip address using a vpn, it will work for a while and then grind to a halt again.
I suspect the iptv stream is being throttled and am curious if this is just cool ideas and will changing isp help. Does anyone have similar experiences?
 
Same issue here. This is not affecting all ISP's. Friend of mine using the same service dont have issues on other ISP.
 
Are you also with cool ideas? I spoke to them and they are adamant they are not throttling iptv. They changed my ip address so will monitor over the next 24 hours.

Same issue. Also with Cool ideas
 
Please track the main thread, we are aware of these issues.
 
Shout out to cool ideas!!! Changed the ip address and problem solved. Well done
