Reception in Villieria

Hey all

I just wanted to find out if anyone else is having some serious issues with data reception ...

I am battling to get any reception at all and when I manage to get reception I only get edge.

I have a case open with 8ta currently regarding unusually slow connection and high ping rates but this started today.

Anyone else having this problem ?
