Rica problems

Hi. I bought myself a router through Mweb. Now I am still waiting for Telkom to accept the rica process. It's been 3 hours and I am still waiting!
 
Telkom's RICA has been horrible since April. Some retailers turned me away citing that they're unable to RICA new prepaid SIMs
