Rocketnet - feedback?

I signed at the time they had free installation/activation. Figured 6 months was a risk I was willing to take (I'm a cheapskate :) )

It's been great so far so will stick around.
 
Thinking of switching from my current ISP to RocketNet but wondering how to go about it.
Do I cancel with my current provider and then they cancel the fiber with Octotel?
And then RocketNet makes contact with them to reactivate?

In my opinion, no need to cancel with fibre company - that is what ISP's do.
1) Give 1 month written notice to current provider.
2) When about 10 days are remaining with current provider, complete the form https://www.rocketnet.co.za/octotel-fibre-sign-up/ and submit it - a ticket will be logged which you can track online.
 
on 10/10. I noticed slow speeds when using udemy/youtube today. Wouldn't ISP's (infrastructure i mean) decide which servers you go to depending on what is being browsed?
