Rocketnet - feedback?

Is anyone having issues with International this weekend? I've been with Rocketnet for 3 months and everything has been great but this weekend for the first time I've struggled to stream on Twitch and other international streaming services. I did speedtests for local and international, local is fine but international is terrible.

Also had crazy ping this morning on international but my up/down speeds weren’t so bad considering I’m on a 20/2 line. IMG_2403.JPG

Got an sms saying that there are some speed issues on the Vumatel network (if you're on it).

Its a bit here and there w.r.t speeds, two speedtest I did to Helsinki on 2 ISPs on a 20/20 line resulted in 20Mbs and 5Mbs respectively. So it seems its either intermittent on our side, or traffic routing is screwy somewhere.

My problem started on Wednesday, speeds just went down on SADV backbone, their service is pathetic, my emails went unanswered.I sent in cancellation, no one came back to me. I signed up with them last year, all was good "honeymoon" phase and suddenly they just don't even answer e-mails sent to support. Its been a week now.

Please send me your info so that I can get this sorted for you, I’m really concerned that your service this not up to scratch, we pride ourselves in this regard and will make sure that all our customers are serviced, attended to and have an amazing experience with us for the rest of their journey.

Can you please PM me your details so we can get this sorted for you. You should always have amazing speeds on our network.

Hey RocketNet. Why’s my line giving me weird results all of a sudden. Only noticed it coz I’m buffering on Netflix.

We will have full feedback on this issue but I can assure you that whatever it is, that it is a temp issue.

We will sort it out and get back to you with proper feedback.

RocketNet speeds tested from my home account in Dainfern over an Ethernet cable directly plugged into the ONT, my MacBook Pro dialled up the PPPoE connection

So after 5 months on RocketNet, the only thing I can be really critical about is PlayStation Network (PSN).

Downloads I can walk away from and don’t really care how long they take...but being unable to watch game videos (video overview before you purchase a game off PSN) is pretty disappointing on a 100/100 line.

I’m not sure if this is a RocketNet issue or just Vumatel / SA fibre sucking at international. It’s been like this pretty much from the beginning. Every other service is stellar, including Steam downloads.
