Rocketnet - feedback?

one more funny thing I want to share.

they said they will send a technician to check whether or not it is my problem, if it is my problem, they will charge me for a call out.

I really want to ask, if your technician found out that is your problem, will you give me money for wasting my time?
 
I don't think that is worth to keep arguing with your customer and not listening.

you will end up with nothing.
Dude, before you joined Rocketnet you tried to get the installation
/activation fees for free for weeks here on the forum, even though they didn't offer it at the time as an incentive. They were very polite towards you at the time, even though you tried your luck and didn't want to take no as an answer. You were irritating to say the least. This is what I remember from you bringing Rocketnet your business and being a client.

Anyway.

Just out of interest, what is your home language?
 
I tested the same setup for this morning, (I mistakenly connected to my "old" router this morning), however it is still 8.25Mbs currently, but not 0.1Mbs. it proved that this company doesn't know what is the problem and falsely blaming the customer. I said already their network is unstable. they don't concern about their network and just to blame a router. that is a joke.

I never imagine they have keyboard warriors to discredit the user experiences.

whatever you want, if you choose to fight with me here, I will keep posting my bad experiences to the other social media. Stop your keyboard warriors now, it is my last warning.

Looking at similar prices offered, it is reasonable guess that all providers are colluding somehow. This will all come out one day. Mind the speed will get you 35 rands less. All ISP prices hover around the same so there is no point till some "honest" ISP comes along.

Since the wacs and sat-3 repair was completed I still get 200ms and above ping to EU pubg servers. Any idea why?

anybody else having slow browsing with pages timing out all over the show

[mention]electrofreeze [/mention] are you still have this issue, have you checked out our Probe app. It’s able to run a full diagnostic for you and then send us info so we are better equipped to troubleshoot and pin point problems.

I am sorry, for the reaction of your keyboard worriers, I have no interested to talk to you. I don't know what you want from me? you are able to see that NO an ISP I talked to before denied ......
