While I had great experience with Rocketnet over Vumatel as you said, we need to be mindful of the fact thatI find that most of the issues I face with RocketNet is through them. That is, Vumatel.
RocketNet is quick to open tickets to get stuff actioned on their side, but Vumatel drags their feet. "Premium fibre" my behind.
RocketNet overall is great.
vumatel has a physical infrastructure (fibre etc) to maintain which can get severely affected by digging by many parties over which they don't have control of (Municipality, theft, private builders digging outside their complex and so on) . ISP's are not affected by such issues so it is easy for them to respond. Of course, ISP's will have their own physical infrastructure but not necessarily affected by external factors as above.
