Rocketnet - feedback?

Look, Im well aware of how contention works for ISPs. I dont have a problem with it at all, I really dont.

My issue is that paying R1.4k a month, then on a Friday night get 2-3% of advertised line speed and as such being unable to watch a 240p video stream, is ridiculous.

I dont expect to get 100% line speed 100% of the time. 3% is far off though
Im guessing this stream is not from a content provider? Have you tested again after 10pm last night?
 
speeds are dead in the water again

Cool, better but not 100%.... Let me have a chat to the team @ RN on Monday. They are pretty helpful, but sometimes very busy. In the meantime monitor it and post if you pick up anything new.. I'll do some testing this weekend too and see if maybe there is an issue which is in the EU since I see people in the Cool Ideas topic are saying the same? Plan? Seems to be an issue for CPT users? or all?

I am having exactly the same problem, RN Vumatel 100/100 Cape Town, problem started on 10 August. Download speed and latency just drops after 5PM daily and jitter jumps at the same time. Returns to normal round about 10:30 pm.

It does seem slightly better this evening
 
Check this, international ping to RN CPT router is constant and then international ping to Vumatel gateway isn't.

Vumatel GW: 45.222.26.38
