Rocketnet - feedback?

surely 3.30 am is after midnight and after my test and not in peak time unless i am missing something here

He had new speed tests in the reply. Their times specified were GMT 6:12 and GMT 6:14 (PM). We're GMT+2 so thats just after 8 SA time, during peak time.

Have you tried using a different router perhaps? On the CISP thread I saw 1 guy had weird issues (slowdowns, buffering and non loading websites)and it turned out it was his router.
 
i will gladly try another router but as everything was working properly with no problems before the 10th of august and the rocketnet network crashing on the 11th of august as i was told by the technical people from directel i dont see the router as the problem
as we use the internet 24/7 it is very easy to see when there is a problem

May we send you a Tenda AC10 to have a look at as it is a gigabyte router similar to the Archer C2.

We can have the guys from MikroTik SA come out and assist with the installation as well as do a complete WiFi assessment free of charge.

browsing is slow again tonight and if you clean your browser cache it is 10x worse and youtube is buffering terribly and takes long to load

Been running much better recently. I havent had any complaints for the last week or so from family using the line on MFN

Tested last night at about 7PM, was getting 40 mbps on a single thread on an odd port to Netherlands, so that's an improvement on a couple weeks ago
