Hi electrofreeze,once again speeds are terrible with jerky international browsing and youtube buffering continuously on 100/100 fiber
As per telephonic discussion earlier today. I have logged a fault with Vumatel to have your CPE replaced to see if this will resolve the issue.

I can confirm that we have checked all on our side and not issues found.
We have requested you to please provide us with more information as to what you are using your network for, you have declined to provide this information.
You have declined us permission to remote to a workstation on your network to troubleshoot and assist to find this issue.
