RocketNet on Vumatel

is there a reason why your contact us page dont get answered or isnt working

Hi there, thank you for picking up this issue. We have noticed that one of our API integrations failed to notify us that it was failing for every 100th request, which I am sure yours was part of, all should be back up and running now.

Only problem i have with Rocket Net on Vumatel - is the Vumatel part :mad:
Vumatel Service seriously lacking honestly better service from Telkom
 
Unbelievable of how much praise RocketNet got in the first posts of this thread. I was like: “Wait a minute, this can not be the same company that I am TRYING to deal with!?”

All made sense when I got to the latest posts. I really did not need going through this right after the whole OpticNetworks thing.

5 Minutes after requesting my order be cancelled I was phoned and excuses included that my ticket was moved into a manager’s name when the original attendee left the company and thus it was not being responded to. Really!? That makes it even worse?!

This “manager” then turned out to be the same person that phoned me as I was then told that he is the highest point of escalation when I declined to remove my negative review on their FaceBook page before I have discussed it with their management.

I was assured that he will keep track of my order himself and that I should only speak to him directly. When asking for his direct number I was told to contact the call centre and ask for him as he does not have a DDI.

Numerous update requests since this left me with NONE. The API has probably now bombed out for any request numbers between 2000 and 6 million?

I definitely do not have the patience or time for this and told them to come fetch their router.
