Hi,

Last night my router started resetting itself at random intervals. Nevert had this problem before.....

Any ideas?

MY router is connected to 2 computers. i unplugged the line in and was copying files from on pc to the other and it still reset.

Is my router stuffed?

Thanks

It is probably a power problem with the connector/switch or cable so if you can get another cable to test it then you can check to see, but if you can't you may as well buy a new router like the Tp-Link 8960n or the 8961nd from uniterm direct.

Tp-Link 8960n

Tp-Link 8961nd

I checked again this morning.........

I switched off my router last night and restarted it this morning.

This was the series of events:

• Ran fine for 15 min, then router rest
• Restarted and ran for 20 min then reset
• Restarted ran for 20min then reset

What can the problem be?

This is my status on the router page:

Your Adsl Stats show no problems and you can get more than 4 mbit so like I say must be router
