Well actually let me be a bit more specific, its a given they have surveiled her and every other member of the DA/GNU that isn't ANC (and even many ANC members as well), but to construct their report would not have been based on any of that stuff, just some random bollocks cooked up over a bottle of Johnny Blue and a cuban or two.

To be fair… local governments have no control or business discussing national government policies or issues on the world stage. So they stay in their lane (fixing local issues)
